Working on this SaaS platform pushed me to think beyond individual screens and focus on scalability, adaptability, and long-term usability. Since the product was still in development, I had to design with future growth in mind, ensuring my work could scale seamlessly and adapt as the platform expanded.
Tailoring design for different users
Each interface had unique user needs, requiring a thoughtful approach to responsiveness. The Team Member Site followed a mobile-first design since users primarily accessed it on the go, while the Director and Client Hub Sites prioritized desktop usability with responsive adaptability.
This experience strengthened my ability to design with context in mind, ensuring solutions align with how users actually interact with the product.
Building for scalability
As the platform expanded, maintaining visual and functional consistency became a priority. Instead of designing individual screens separately, I focused on creating a design system with reusable components, allowing for efficiency, consistency, and future-proofing.
This experience deepened my understanding of scalable UX/UI strategies and systemized design approaches in SaaS environments.
