Challenge

Challenge

Castle’s ordering system relied heavily on PDF-based forms, requiring members to manually download, fill out, and submit their orders. While this method had been effective for years, it was becoming increasingly inefficient. There was a growing demand for a more intuitive, digital solution to streamline the ordering process. Additionally, the platform needed a secure login system to ensure that only Castle members could access it.

After assessing their needs, we developed a custom online ordering platform that seamlessly integrated with the existing PDF-based system and included a secure login for Castle members. This dual approach enabled users to place orders directly on the website while still having the flexibility to download and submit PDF forms.
