Challenge

Challenge

Castle’s ordering system was heavily reliant on PDF-based purchase methods, requiring members to download, fill out, and submit forms manually. While this process had served them well for years, it became clear that it was leading to inefficiencies. Members were spending valuable time on administrative tasks, which could have been better spent on business growth and customer service. There was also a growing demand for a more intuitive, digital solution that would streamline the ordering process. Additionally, the platform needed to cater exclusively to Castle members, which required the implementation of a secure login system to restrict access.

“The idea of transitioning from a long-standing, familiar system to something new was daunting for many of our members. We needed a solution that wouldn’t alienate those who preferred traditional methods while also encouraging a gradual shift to more efficient online ordering.”

Solution

Solution

Castle Building Centres turned to our team to develop a solution that balanced innovation with familiarity. After analyzing their needs, we proposed a custom online ordering platform that would coexist with the traditional PDF-based system. This dual approach allowed members to place orders directly on the website while retaining the option to download and submit PDF forms.
